The living space invites relaxation with two large sofas, additional seating, and a flat-screen television perched above a remote-controlled electric fireplace for a cozy ambiance. The dining area boasts a table with seating for eight, complemented by a spacious kitchen island that comfortably seats four. The updated kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a large pantry, stainless steel appliances, a double built-in wall oven, and a Brisa Vented hood above a 5-burner electric cooktop, ensuring guests have everything they need, whether preparing a quick snack or a holiday feast. <br /><br />
When it’s time to unwind, step into the screened porch furnished with teak tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying a cool beverage while taking in the coastal breeze.
