This bungalow has a living area with a smart TV (bring your own Netflix login information), a primary bedroom with queen size bed, connected to a jack-n-jill bath, and a full bath with a step-in shower (shower only, no tub). This home has a 2nd bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunks (room sleeps 4). The third bedroom features one queen bed and one set of twin bunks (room sleeps 4). This home has a full second bath for the convenience of the guests.
Guests of The Happy Clam will enjoy a cool off in the sparkling blue pool - what could be better on a hot summer day? Remember, it's hot enough in Galveston to take a dip from late April until late October!
SEA ISLE
Sea Isle is a family-friendly neighborhood, located on Galveston’s West End, that is highly sought after by families who love to swim, fish and cruise the island in golf carts. Sea Isle offers a public beach, seasonal community pool, bait shop, playground, tennis courts, a convenience store, restaurant and a bar.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
*Sea Isle pool passes must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA Monday – Friday until 5 pm only. Pool passes are not sold after hours or weekends. Please call the Sea Isle HOA at 409-737-2438 to reserve your pool pass in advance.
Resort amenities, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance.
Pool and spa are serviced multiple times a week, and we make every effort to keep them in tip top shape. However, we cannot guarantee there won’t be a disruption, but we always make every effort to resolve any issues ASAP.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Everything to do with Ryson was great. Anytime I called they were very kind and informative. When we had any issues with the property they did what they could to fix the issue. Our biggest complaint was with the pool- which I\'m not sure if it falls on Ryson or the owner. When we arrived the pool was green, filled with algae, and had frogs swimming in it. Mosquitos were swarming around it because it hadn\'t been running or cleaned in what seemed like a long time. It was absolutely disgusting and we couldn\'t even go into the back patio without dousing ourselves in bug spray due to the bugs around the pool. From when we got there Friday at 4:30 until Saturday around 3:00 we had to go out every few hours and brush the bottom of the pool to push the algae towards the filter-which we shouldn\'t have to do on vacation. We had to wait until Saturday afternoon for it to get fixed, which was unfortunate because the pool is the whole reason we booked that property. You would think that when the house was booked someone would have been sent to take care of the pool so that we could get in by our check in time. Like I said when we called Ryson, they did what they could to get it fixed, but they had to go through the owner which took longer. If the owner had been maintaining the pool there would have been no issue. All the dishes were also very visibly dirty and had to be washed before use. This was very minor to us, however. Check in and check out were very quick and easy, and I will absolutely use Ryson in the future for vacation rentals. If there was a way to rate Ryson as excellent and the property as lower, that is what I would do because every exchange with their staff was fantastic.

â¤ï¸From, Ren:. LOVE this house Is possibly Thursday night available to rent? Haha thinking of staying one more day. The front upstairs deck is beautiful! The sheets and pillows in all the rooms are so soft and comfy The kitchen is really pretty and nice, even my mom said she's never stayed in a rental beach place where there are actually nice/good quality pots and pans The couches are cozy and comfy It's clean and super nice but also feels homey and comfy Love that each bedroom has its own toilet And the beach is super close Thank you you did a great job here!♥ï¸ðŸŽ‰

It was well stocked with toiletries and the bare minimum of necessities. The pool was cleaned every morning while we rented for our 4 day trip. It has such a beautiful scenery and I couldn\'t have gotten a better beach experience for my family and I, if it wasn\'t for Ryson. Thank you so much and I completely recommend this stay for anyone else whom is interested on booking this particular home!
