Description
Guests enter this corner unit to an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. All new furnishings and accessories make this one of the most appealing properties in this complex. The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows with a full view of the Gulf - you will see the shrimp boats out in the early morning as you sip a coffee on the balcony. The living area features a large 65" television. This unit also has cable television and WiFi for your convenience. The primary bedroom has a king bed and 55" television.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 3), for a total of 7 guests. As guests relax and enjoy this home they are also able to stream from their own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming services through the living room television (instructions provided at check in). Step out on the balcony and watch as the large brown pelicans fly overhead for the last catch of the day! What a view - a vacation will you not soon forget. This property perfect for couples or small families. With larger groups, combine with one of the other Ocean Grove units that we manage.
This unit is also available for off season monthly rentals, please ask your vacation planner for details. No pets allowed at The Ocean Grove Condominiums. Limit of 2 cars.
OCEAN GROVE CONDOMINIUMS
Ocean Grove amenities include a 100-foot outdoor pool (not heated), lounge chairs, fitness center, covered parking, most units offer in-unit laundry and a community picnic area with grills. Ocean Grove condos offer 9-foot ceilings, open floor plans, tile floors, updated kitchens with granite countertops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ocean Grove makes the most of the views. All condos offer a private balcony and all offer panoramic unobstructed Gulf Views. Guests will love to watch the waves roll in and crash against the Seawall and watch the seagulls and pelicans fly overhead. Ocean Grove Condominiums are located directly on Seawall, half a mile past 89th Street, towards the West End of the island, just before the Seawall, world’s longest continuous sidewalk, ends.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

We have stayed at Ocean Grove several times and in 301 twice. Every time it has been clean, neat and always enjoyable. The pool is large enough that it is never crowded and the maintenance staff is exemplary. We highly recommend.

This condo was so amazing! The decor is so modern. The beds were so comfortable. My family had an amazing stay and will be back. If you are looking for a condo to stay at, this is the one to choose. The kitchen was fully equipped. The view was breathtaking!

A great condo with a wonderful view. The condo was large enough for our family of five to enjoy our vacation. It was a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to plenty of activities. There were also activities within walking distance. If coming in the cooler months it would be wise to bring something for your feet, slippers or sandals. The tile floor is super cold and will suck the heat out of your body. The main cons were: more pillows are needed and the fans need to be dusted.
