Located on the building’s top floor, this corner unit provides maximum privacy with spectacular unobstructed gulf views from the two private balconies. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked and features granite countertops and a movable island for maximum convenience. With tile floors throughout, the living area offers a 55” smart TV. The sizable bedrooms feature king and queen size beds with ample storage space and a 43” smart TV in the master. Beachcomber also offers an all-in-one Euro-style washer/dryer for small loads of laundry. This fully furnished condo accommodates up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa. Make Beachcomber your home away from home when visiting Galveston! SEASCAPE RESORT Seascape Resort is located on Galveston’s secluded West End and is a rare find - it's one of only a few beachfront resorts on the island; no road between you and the beach and offers a gated community dune crossover to easily access the beach. The resort-style complex has a heated pool (off-season only), kiddie pool, adult-only hot tub, plenty of lounge chairs, beautifully landscaped courtyard, which includes a grilling and picnic area. NOTES All Ryson properties are non-smoking. It is recommended to review Ryson's “Packing List” when planning your vacation. If there are any questions, please contact us. Some of the properties Ryson manages require additional fees for things like parking passes, resort fees, amenity wristbands, etc. be paid to the HOA upon arrival directly. Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on-premises or locating a better-limited mobility-friendly access unit). Guests must register with the on-site Seascape security upon check-in to obtain a parking pass. Carpooling is highly recommended. Some Seascape units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24" wide by 72" long), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group. Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. Our stay at the condo was great!Beautiful view, right on the beach and Ryson Vacation Rental representatives were wonderful to work with! Especially Mary Jo! A couple things that would make the stay even better would be -Different bed sheets (really noisy and felt like we were sleeping on newspaper) -Not sure if there’s much to do about the water. But the fridge water came out with particles in it and the tap water smelled/taste like pool water. So we just got bottled water for the week. -There was some trash and other items left behind by other guests. Also sand on porch and windows were a bit dirty. So a more detailed clean would be great.

It was a great stay but would be nice if there were a few extra trash bags and extra towels. We also had no idea how to change the lint trap to the washer and dryer which made it hard for us to even wash the towels. Also the smaller bed in the first bedroom is extremely uncomfortable and caused one of the person staying with us to have extreme back problems. Other than those issues everything was very nice and the view was beautiful!

The pool area was very nice. The condo was nicely appointed/furnished. The area of the condo was quite small. The major objection we had was the ongoing beach revetment - there were 100 huge dump trucks hauling sand from 7 AM to 6 PM with 3 bulldozers smoothing it. It essentially closed the beach to access. This area doesn't warm up until March...not a January/February retreat.

1301 was a very nice location, the condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Beds were super comfy and the over all property - parking, etc. was well maintained and safe. The only thing I wish were available were instructions for the washer/dryer combo, that took a bit of You Tubing to figure out. 10/10 would stay here again!
