The San Luis 935-Luis' Lookout will accommodate up to two guests in this sizable one-bedroom, one-bath luxury condominium located at The San Luis Resort. The San Luis 935 is perfect for a couple or a small family (also located next door to The San Luis 934-Luis' Landing (which accommodates 4) side-by-side rentals! The San Luis Resort is located on the world-famous Seawall Boulevard only steps to the beach at 52nd Street (red light at the cross-walk which provides a safe crossing for this property). Guests may want to pour a cool beverage and head out on one of the two balconies to take in the expansive beach views and lower the stress level of life at the beach.
Access card and key is required for entry into the condominium building. One assigned parking space for this property, no need for you to look and search for a parking place. The San Luis 935-Luis' Lookout is located on the 9th floor of the condominium side of this Four Diamond Resort. Luis' Lookout is a one-bedroom bath condominium with a full kitchen so guests may prepare meals and enjoy a relaxing vacation at The San Luis Resort. Luis' Lookout primary bedroom has a king size bed, a large flat screen television, ceiling fan and nearby full bath with a step in shower. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area with walk out balcony, a large flat screen television, and bar seating at the kitchen peninsula. The property is tastefully decorated and ready for vacation rental guests.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Upon check-in guests will receive an access card (1) and key (1) required for condominium building entry, an assigned parking spot (1), pool bands and pool towel card. Guests are responsible and there are fees to replace these items. Additional parking is available in the parking lot behind the hotel.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

The procedure for picking up and dropping off the keys off-site was a surprise. It worked, but it was a bit of a hassle. Information at the time of booking would have been useful & appreciated.

For the right price (relative to other rooms in Galveston at the same time), this is a fine place to stay. It was mostly clean, quiet and felt very safe. The parent property and San Luis Resort are top notch - this particular unit could use a little refresh and TLC - HOWEVER, it was not uncomfortable or unpleasant, just a little dated. The view is amazing and (mostly) makes up for any shortcomings.

Place was beautiful! Only thing that needs improving is the shower. The draining was super backed up and we were showering in a pool of water!
