There is an awesome wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, which face the ocean in the living/dining room. This makes for a fantastic panoramic view. In the kitchen, there are Gulf views, 2 microwaves, fridge, oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There is free Wi-Fi along with multiple HDTVs, cable, DVD, phone, and a fireplace. For all you old-school gamers there is a PlayStation 2.
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath beachfront house that sleeps up to 10. There is a king-size bed in the Primary, a queen in the second, and 2 sets of bunks in the 3rd. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Barefoot Pelican has central HVAC and ceiling fans throughout, with the exception of the bunk room.
Outside there are 2 decks, one upper (which goes around the sides of the house) and one lower deck. You can see the sunrise from the main deck and sunset from the side deck. There is an outdoor cabana shower with hot and cold water. If you don't feel like taking a shower, there is a handy dandy foot wash station to get ""dem feet"" clean. And when you're ready to brave the beach, you can mosey down either via a paved stone path or a shared walkover.
Come take a breather, unwind, relax, hang loose, sit back, chill out, take a break, cool off, loosen up, take it easy, put ""dem feet"" up, and have fun in the sun! We hope you come back again and again, to have a good time at The Barefoot Pelican!
SEA ISLE
Sea Isle is a family-friendly neighborhood, located on Galveston’s West End, that is highly sought after by families who love to swim, fish and cruise the island in golf carts. Sea Isle offers a public beach, seasonal community pool, bait shop, playground, tennis courts, a convenience store, restaurant and a bar.

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
*Sea Isle pool passes must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA Monday – Friday until 5 pm only. Pool passes are not sold after hours or weekends. Please call the Sea Isle HOA to reserve your pool pass in advance.
Resort amenities, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
