The kitchen is well equipped for the chef in the family. No one misses out on the fun in this open floor plan home with amazing views of the gulf. The primary bedroom has a king bed, cable TV. and deck access. The primary bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom on the main level has a queen bed, cable TV. and deck access; private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. There are 2 bedrooms and a half bath on the upper level; both bedrooms have 2 queen beds. The 3rd full bath is located in the hall off the kitchen. Full-size washer/dryer behind the kitchen.
This home has both gulf and bay views for all to enjoy. The house is equipped with central a/c & heat, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cable TV. and Internet. The outside offers a fenced-in yard, swing, hammock, and picnic table for your enjoyment. The fireplace is Nonworking.
HERSHEY BEACH
Hershey Beach is located on Galveston's West End, on the beachside, just 6 miles from town, West of Sunny Beach and East of Pirates' Beach.

This home is pet-friendly. Weight limit of 20 pounds. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

This house is far enough west of the busy-ness of Galveston to be away from heavy traffic and crowded beaches, but close enough to reach restaurants, sights, grocery stores, etc. w/o a long drive...and the private beach and view are right there in front of it! The separation of bedrooms and the 3 1/2 bathrooms make for a great floor plan. The living-dining area and kitchen are convenient, well-furnished, and appear to have been updated. The jacuzzi-equipped bathrooms not so much: we never could get either jacuzzi tub\'s jets to work (but they were used as bathtubs and/or standing up with hand-held showers, so the essentials worked okay). The deck in particular needs some work. It is spacious and wonderfully gated so that our dog was able to have access to the deck and to the marvelous fenced backyard (that should be advertised to pet owners!) without any danger of escaping, and it comes with 10 Adirondack chairs (not just the two shown in the photos). But there are periodic nails protruding from both the deck and the stairs accessing it, and overall the deck could simply use some attention. Having said that it is a wonderful wrap-around deck, and sitting out there to watch the surf and feel the wind was lovely. Several other repairs were needed (the ice maker, for instance) but were more easily accommodated than having a repair person around would have been. We gave Ryson a list of those items. All in all, Summer Breeze proved to be a good house and location for our week-long holiday.

This house needs some TLC, but thanks to Ryson it was clean and well stocked. We ended up at this property due to a storm that was likely to flood the roads further west where we had booked so we were super appreciative of Ryson for finding this place for us on such short notice. This is a second row house, but it is sooo close to the beach that is doesn't feel like a second row. We loved the location and definitely want to stay on or near Hershey Beach next year!! I've seen some bad reviews for Ryson and just wanted to say they were amazing. They called to check on us more than once, sent maintenance right away after the storm, came and tied things down prior to the storm. I was very impressed.
