Description
This is a 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom beach house that has hardwood floors, granite countertops and washer and dryer downstairs separate from the main house. New queen mattress in the primary bedroom (sleeps 2). The second bedroom in this home features a twin over full bunk with one additional twin bed (room sleeps 4). The living area has a full-size futon (sleeps 2). Separate downstairs 3rd bedroom with a twin over full bunk 3) with a 32"" television. One twin rollaway can be used as the guest needs. This ground-level 3rd bedroom is not connected by an interior staircase - perfect for separate family quarters or older teens. There is a half bathroom downstairs separate from the bedroom area.

BERMUDA BEACH
Bermuda Beach has the best of both worlds, with a drive-on portion of the beach to the East of the neighborhood for those who prefer to drive their vehicle or golf cart and those with limited mobility and most of the beach in this neighborhood is walk-on only, ideal for families with little ones.

This home is pet friendly. 2 pets are allowed. Weight limit of 25 pounds. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.
To get to the beach please walk two houses away to the right (facing the street) and there is a concrete easement with easy access to the beach. Or you can also walk down to Rachel Rd.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
