Welcome to Frio Isle House! This nicely updated four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home features floor-to-ceiling windows, skylights, and a fireplace. The ideal destination for a picture-perfect getaway.

As you enter the home, you step down into the open concept family room surrounded by natural light. Head outside to the new and large deck where you will find plenty of sunshine and water views. Find yourself slipping into vacation mode as you relax on the large plushy couch the perfect spot for a movie and popcorn night. Grab a snack from the kitchen or cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. You will find pots and pans, dishes, and great minor appliances. Dine inside with the family at the dining table or enjoy your meal al fresco watching a beautiful Texas sunset. For additional seating, a breakfast bar can be found by the kitchen.

Retreat to the bedroom for an amazing night's sleep. The primary suite is located on the second floor with a king bed with fresh linens. You will also be provided access to a private balcony perfect for quiet morning coffee. An ensuite bathroom provides a shower/tub combination. On the main level the second bedroom can be found with a queen bed and is connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom to the third bedroom with two twin beds. The bathroom is set with a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom has its own private access, located at the half level with its own staircase. This room has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in shower. For added convenience, a washer and dryer can be found in the closet to freshen any towels or clothes before a night out on the town.
