Upon arrival to the home, a charcoal grill and picnic table on the downstairs patio are available for use. The large deck upstairs at main entrance with seating to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. This house has an open concept living room and kitchen area. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator has an ice maker for hot sunny days! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and small appliances.
Primary Bedroom is privately located on the upper level with a king bed and adjoining bath with double sinks, jetted tub and separate shower. Talk about relaxation at the beach! The second bedroom also features a king bed! The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk, as well as a twin over twin bunk with a full-size bathroom. Washer/Dryer located on the main level for added convenience.

Playa San Luis, on the beachside, offers numerous beachside dune crossovers to access the beach, and Pointe San Luis, on the bayside, offers a seasonal community pool and hot tub.

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

The view really was amazing! The beach is just across the street and it wasn't too crowded. It's pretty far away from anything and about a 30 minute drive into town, but absolutely worth it. The place is stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. It's the perfect size, and the home is beautiful. I will definitely book it again!

This place was perfect. The view on from the front porch will force you to relax and forget all the work you thought you were going to do while the kids were busy. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with necessary items, yet enough space was available to organize and store your own stuff. The open setting allowed everyone to be a part of the moment and just relax and have fun. Would definitely rent again.

First off, RYSON was awesome! We had perfect customer service during the seriously busy COVID LABOR DAY WEEKEND. Our house was immaculately clean, not a grain of sand to be seen. That was so important to us, the cleaning crew really knocked it out of the park. We paid attention to all the suggested things to bring and we brought them. The house had all the things mentioned and then some. I would recommend bringing a few more dish towels. We only had two, and we cooked the whole time. Other than that, we had all the pots and pans needed. The only reason we are not giving a 5 star is because the mosquitos were horrible. We are from DFW so we do have our season with mosquitos, but this was on another level. We could not hang out downstairs, other than bolting up the stairs to get ourselves and our children from not getting bitten. We brought fogger, OFF, all the gadgets and they were AWFUL!! All 8 of us have more than 15 bites per person. We counted. Now, we did not notify Ryson, and perhaps they would have taken care of it, or this is the home owners problem, but it needs to be addressed. We couldn\'t even use the outdoor shower to wash off. Other than that, the home is nice, and super close to the beach. I do recommend renting a golf cart, or taking your car to the beach. Its a lot to haul if your just walking. The concierge service was great! The brought the beach equipment to the house and that was a life saver. They even added a cute gift for our children\'s first time to the beach. Thanks for a fun stay, and lots of memories!
