The enormous living/dining/kitchen open concept area features a large island with seating for 6 at the island. The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded stainless steel appliances, a large gas stove, and all of the kitchen tools necessary for meal preparation. This kitchen has a large workspace, a large refrigerator, and more than enough cooking instruments, including pots and pans, kitchen tools, bakeware, dishes, serving platters, and all types of glassware for drinking. The dining area features a long table with seating for 8 guests. Everyone can enjoy a movie with ample seating in the living area. The main living area also has a 1/2 bath for the convenience of the guests.
Sleeping accommodations at Seaside Sanctuary include 1 bedroom on the main level with a private bath. The bedroom on the main level has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The 1/2 bath for guest use is also located on the main level. The upper level of the home features 3 bedrooms with two full baths. The primary bedroom on the upper level features a king bed (sleeps 2), a TV, and a walk-out balcony for a full beach view. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bath with a separate soaking tub and step-in shower. The second bedroom on the upper level also features a queen bed (sleeps 2), a TV, and a walk-out balcony to the deck where guests may enjoy morning coffee and a full view of the beach. The third bedroom on the upper level is a bunk room featuring two sets of Twin over Full over Twin trundle bunks (room sleeps 8). The second and third bedrooms share a full bath with dual vanity and tub/shower combination. More than enough room for a group of 14 guests.

HALF MOON BEACH
Half Moon Beach is located on Galveston's West End, on the beachside, about 19 miles from town, between West of Sea Isle and East of Pointe West.

This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Enjoyed a wonderful week on the property! The house was absolutely lovely and so well maintained. We had groceries waiting for us (which was great because the speed limit was 35 and the house was about 18 miles from most restaurants and places) which made it so convenient and comfortable. So quite and lovely, felt like our own private beach. The major downside was at the end of the board walk the water had washed away the beach so there was a massive pit (4feet depth) so if you stepped off the boardwalk you\'d fall and seriously hurt yourself. It wasn\'t the easiest to figure out how to get around it and I brought it up to Ryson but never got a response. Thankfully the entrance to the beach was two houses down so we just drove everyday to get my handicap parents access to the beach. But had the boardwalk been accessible to the beach that would have made all the difference in the world.

This home is beautiful, I would have easily given an excellent rating except for the fact that the washing machine was extremely dirty, and had mold all throughout, additionally, the deck to the beach was unusable. There was massive erosion leaving a steep hole at the end of the deck preventing you from safely getting onto the beach. We made the best of the stay and had fun, thought I would mention this to the property management company so that other guests, didn\'t have the same experience. It\'s been over a week and they still haven\'t responded to my email. Overall, the experience at the house was great, I would book that rental again. The lack of response from the property management company has left a bad taste in my mouth.

We were pleased when we drove up to this beautiful venue. However, by the time we walked up the stairs with all of our belongings. Our bodies hurt beyond measure. We are all senior citizens between the ages of 68 and 75, and a few with underlying health issues. We realized that there was a dumbwaiter that was unavailable to us - very disappointing! Our agenda was to have dinner, then relax on the veranda and enjoy the ocean breeze. We could not cook, due to no butane to operate the cooktop stove. We also had problems opening the freezer to capacity. There was no hot water; therefore, forced to take cold showers, for the duration of our trip. After communicating back and forth, management remedied the situation regarding the stove the next afternoon, by sending us two electric stoves, and one toaster oven. That was a welcome surprise, and much appreciated. The last day of our stay, we were offered dinner from one of three restaurants, which was delivered from Landry's Restaurant. That also was appreciated. In comparison to the amount we paid for our girlfriends getaway, that was paid up, and on time, according to Ryson's requirements, the venue should have been ready to accommodate us with everything offered to us, as advertised. Dinner and late accommodations cannot compare to the expectations we had, and the experience we endured. We adjusted to the place, despite the inadequacies because of who we are, and how we related to each other, and the circumstances. You offered to deduct $100 from our fee. $100 divided by eight women is insulting. $100 returned to each of us would be satisfactory. After checking out and returning the key, we were warmly greeted by the manager and her assistant. They were nice and very lovely women. They tempered the end of our stay with their professionalism and kindness.

The location was great! Being right on the beach with a private walkway to the beach was great. We watched the rain storms in the morning while having breakfast then be on the beach as soon as they passed. The house was great but just needed the freezer fixed and a bath drain un clogged which I'm sure will be addressed. We would definitely stay here again.
