Our 2 bedroom 2 bath Seascape Galveston condo, features a king bed in the primary bedroom and a front-facing view of the Gulf, queen in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed niche in entry alcove. Total sleeping for 6 people. This revitalized condominium comes with a new modern kitchen, two fully renovated baths (each have a step-in shower, no tub) and new furnishings. The balcony offers such relaxing views - you will wish you lived here!
Guests are only steps from the sand, as well as the wonderful amenities this property has to offer including an oceanfront pool and multiple hot tubs, and a wonderful outdoor grilling area. High-speed WIFI provided. The condo offers all appliances, including a Keurig, plus 3 televisions with cable access. Work and/or a vacation with ease. Your time here will surely be a true getaway to the beach!
SEASCAPE RESORT
Seascape Resort is located on Galveston’s secluded West End and is a rare find - it's one of only a few beachfront resorts on the island; no road between you and the beach and offers a gated community dune crossover to easily access the beach. The resort-style complex has a heated pool (off-season only), kiddie pool, adult-only hot tub, plenty of lounge chairs, beautifully landscaped courtyard, which includes a grilling and picnic area.

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Guests must register with the on-site Seascape security upon check-in to obtain a parking pass. Carpooling is highly recommended.
Some Seacape units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to detrmine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

The property was in a great location. We had multiple issues with access codes both for property gates and also being able to lock and unlock our condo door and I had to call back 3-4 times to get it resolved over our first day there getting different answers each time I called. A bit frustrating but it was finally taken care of.

This unit is beautiful unit, tastefully decorated, and very well appointed. They have everything you could need for a restful and comfortable vacation. The view is second to none. You could almost reach out and touch the sea. The master bedroom is an oasis and the bed is among the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The pool area surpassed our expectations with three Jacuzzis and a good sized pool. The property has private access to the beach. The personnel who work on the property are very friendly. The grounds are well taken care of from a landscaping point of view but the building exterior definitely needs maintenance. There is a small market across the street and a liquor store that is very convenient. The condo is on a quiet part of the seawall with not a lot of restaurants near it. However, that is a plus for a quiet and relaxing vacation. It is a Fairly quick drive to the hub of all the restaurants and bars. Overall, a great experience and a beautiful condo.
