The is an older property, and needs renovations/repairs, but it’s very close to the beach, and quiet. Nice neighborhood.

This rental is in a great location! The house itself was beautiful although oddly built. With the prettiest view! There are so many stairs so definitely a workout. They didn’t have much supplies (trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoo etc) or any pantry foods like basic salt and pepper. But overall great place

In contrast to some of the reviews, we had an amazing stay overall. I think in any property there is potential for hiccups. The home was clean, lawn manicured, trash receptacles had been emptied. This property is steps away from the beach. Plenty of sleeping spaces for our party of 10. The temperature in the bunk room and extra bedroom was a bit higher than in other parts of the home however other parts were well cooled. This home has amazing views from every room. If you have kids, bring beach toys with you. Overall, amazing stay.

On the plus side, this house is very cool, especially if you have kids - they loved the firehouse style of beds. We also loved the balconies and the house was quite well equipped, as well as very walkable to the beach. Our only issue was there weren't enough towels and when 10 people are at a beach house, you have to have towels! There also wasn't any extra paper towels, hand soap or much toilet paper. The kitchen is well equipped, but lacking necessities was disappointing.
