Great trip, second time at Seascapes, only gripe is the security are jerks and need to be conseled on customer service and social intetaction. Both times they were rude and power hungry..rent a cops

Pros Towels all cute when you arrive Soap and shampoo provided Air fryer! Able to store items in closet in bedroom but sliding door was a pain. When I called about the sliding door, the associate was professional and quick to respond! King size bed Able to fit pack and play in bedroom Bunk beds are fun Pantry to store food! dishwasher pods and dish soap left to use along with a scrub pad 2 trash cans with an extra bag Large patio I thought overlooking the RV park would be bad. But it’s not. You could still see the ocean. Island in the kitchen was a huge plus! To be able to put stuff on it with the limited counter space. Full kitchen, used the oven a couple of times. Security guard very easy to work with. The guest portal was very easy to use, along with the codes. New blue patio chairs. Plenty of bathroom towels for a family of 4. Plenty of seating in living room with couch and 1 chair. Allowed all 4 of us a place to sit. King size bed was super comfortable pillow top. Plenty of pillows to choose from for comfort level. Cons Needs little broom to help keep clean. Handheld vacuum on wall in kitchen did not work. Towel bar in shower for wet clothes would be nice. But hung clothes on patio chairs to dry. Bring your own kitchen towels, 1 included which was nice. There was very old collapsible chairs on the patio that were rusty. They were collecting mosquitos. Just throw them away, they were an eye sore and not usable. Back door handle needs to be replaced, got stuck a couple of times. Community pool was smaller than expected, but the kiddie pool was perfect. And the water seemed like it was heated, which is odd for a Texas summer and seems like a waste of money. I would stay here again:

This cozy condo was perfect for our beach stay! Check-in was super easy and the place appears just like the pictures. We loved being able to walk out of the condo, over the boardwalk, and be on the beach! The pool and hot tubs on property are really nice as well! Will definitely stay here again!
