Spanning over a half-acre, you’ll have plenty of space for up to 12 guests to relax with luxurious living spaces, expansive outdoor entertaining along with sunrise views of the Gulf and sunset views of the Bay.

Pull up and park multiple vehicles in the oversized driveway surrounded by a verdant, manicured lawn. Inside Slow M’Ocean, you’ll discover a spacious open floor plan perfect for everyone to sprawl out and relax. Wall-to-wall windows fill the house with natural light and tranquil views. Step out onto the extended, beach-facing balcony and breathe in the fresh, coastal air. Plush furnishings and a large HDTV greet you in the living room. Featuring stainless-steel appliances, a large kitchen island, handy breakfast/coffee bar with both drip and Keurig coffee makers, and a variety of cookware, kitchen gadgets and utensils, you’ll easily prepare everything from buffet-style breakfasts to full course dinners. You’ll find both barstool seating as well as a traditional dining table inside, plus picnic-style seating for both adults and kids on the balcony for a sunset dinner.

Four well-appointed bedrooms provide a restful retreat with plush bedding and ceiling fans. You’ll love the palatial primary suite with its king-size bed, large flat-screen TV and cozy sitting area. Truly a spa-worthy experience, the ensuite primary bathroom features dual sinks at the large vanity, a glassed-in shower and separate soaking tub. You’ll find comfy beds king- and queen-size beds and flat-screen TVs in the second and third bedrooms, while the fourth bedroom features two sets of twin-over-twin bunkbeds designed with kids and teens in mind. The third bedroom also includes a writing desk and private access to the back balcony with 180-degree bay views, making this a great option for remote workers. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides accommodations for two additional guests.

When you’re ready for the beach, you’re just a short walk from the water’s edge at the private, family-friendly Indian Beach away from the crowds. Spend sunshine-filled days splashing in the Gulf, searching for the perfect seashell, boogie boarding or just catching some rays. When it’s time to head back at the end of the day, you’ll find an outdoor shower beneath the house to rinse off the sand, and a stacked washer and dryer to clean swimwear, shorts and towels.

This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. Weight limit of 25 pounds. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
