Casa Del Mar 315-Coastal Blessings is just up Seawall Boulevard from Pleasure Pier and just as close to Moody Gardens with its many fascinating attractions. Plus, the complex has two beautiful swimming pools, a hot tub and a community grilling area. Casa Del Mar 315-Coastal Blessings will provide a fun-filled getaway for up to four adults and two children.

When you arrive at Casa Del Mar 315-Coastal Blessings, use the elevator to take your bags up to your condo. You’ll enter an open space that includes the living room and the small kitchen. The condo has cable TV and free Wi-Fi, which you can use to explore websites for the many attractions in the area.

The living room sofa makes out into a bed for two. You will find cooking and serving ware for six tucked away in the kitchenette’s cabinets, and all the appliances are right sized for the compact (yet complete) kitchen. You’ll probably dine out on most days. After all, you have so many excellent choices available in Galveston. When you do eat at the condo, you have a small breakfast bar and table.

The complex has coin-operated laundry facilities on the first and second floors. After a full day of playing at the beach, parasailing, jet-skiing or seeing the many sights in Galveston, you’ll return to the condo ready for a good night’s rest.

Two children can sleep in the junior-size bunk beds in the hallway. There’s also a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an attached full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Casa del Mar Galveston offers two swimming pools; one of the pools is heated during the winter months. Casa del Mar also offers a community grilling area, onsite coin-operated laundry on first and third floors, vending and ice machines on the second floor and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort grounds.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Casa del Mar reservations require guests to pay a Parking/Registration Fee. Parking/Registration Fee is for up to two vehicles, and the term is up to 30 days. Guests with reservations of 30+ days will need to purchase an additional permit after 30 days.
HOA fees (resort, parking, amenity, etc.) are to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival via debit or credit card (cash will not be accepted).
Some Casa del Mar units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.

Even if listed as a provided amenity, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable packages, networks, channels, cable signal quality, or internet signal quality. Cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
