Victorian 7105-Sand Dollar has great views to the beach and was renovated for vacation rentals in 2019!  This condominium is clean as a whistle, offers all newly designed and updated furnishings with a beach theme.  Guests of the Victorian 7105-Sand Dollar will enjoy the proximity of Babe's Beach - the recently renovated beach with lifeguards located just across the Seawall Boulevard at 63rd Street.

This charming condominium features an open concept living/dining/kitchen with a sliding door to a large balcony.  The living area features a large television (wifi and cable in this property), a full-size sleeper sofa (upgraded sofa and mattress) and a dining area for guests to enjoy a quick breakfast or lunch before heading off to all of the sites and sounds of Galveston Island.  The primary bedroom features a queen bed and television.  The alcove has a set of twin bunk beds (optimal for two children).  This unit will comfortably sleep 6 guests (prefer 4 adults and 2 children).

THE VICTORIAN
The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals and City Police.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Reservations at this HOA require a resort/parking/amenity fee to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
This resort fee covers up to two vehicles for up to two weeks and guest wristbands for pool, hot tub and fitness center for up to 8 guests. Reservations of 9 guests (if max occupancy allows), require an additional payment for the additional wristband. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure.
Some Victorian units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.

Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
