Enjoy your visit to Galveston while staying in this very upscale condo. Ocean Grove 803-Calypso has 3 bedrooms/2 baths and nice upgrades throughout. Tile floor, granite countertops, stainless appliances, Flat-screen TV and all of the amenities that would make you want to live here full time, not to mention the reason you come, THE VIEWS! From your balcony, you have views that extend for miles on a sunny day! Conveniently located on the Seawall, this unit is less than two and a half miles from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn and even closer to the new, “Jimmy’s on the Pier"/89th Street Pier.  Guests who stay at Ocean Grove 803-Calypso have two assigned parking spaces in the garage of the building.  Ocean Grove Galveston Condominiums have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the slim curved balcony which has a pub-style table and two chairs.  

Ocean Grove 803-Calypso has the following sleeping arrangements.  The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and en suite bath.  The second bedroom has a queen bed.  The third bedroom has a twin/twin bunk plus another twin single (room sleeps 3) and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa. This property also has a full-size washer/dryer for the convenience of the guests.

OCEAN GROVE CONDOMINIUMS
Ocean Grove amenities include a 100-foot outdoor pool (not heated), lounge chairs, fitness center, covered parking, most units offer in-unit laundry and a community picnic area with grills. Ocean Grove condos offer 9-foot ceilings, open floor plans, tile floors, updated kitchens with granite countertops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ocean Grove makes the most of the views. All condos offer a private balcony and all offer panoramic unobstructed Gulf Views. Guests will love to watch the waves roll in and crash against the Seawall and watch the seagulls and pelicans fly overhead. Ocean Grove Condominiums are located directly on Seawall, half a mile past 89th Street, towards the West End of the island, just before the Seawall, world’s longest continuous sidewalk, ends.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals.

This vacation property should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.

Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this property for the security of the condo and our guests.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. GULF COAST CONCIERGE

The condo was great and right across from the ocean. The condo was clean with all the amenities and the layout was excellent. The office personell was very responsive when I called about anything. Will definitely return soon.

Loved, loved, loved your condo. The deco was beachy and done with taste. My biggest complement is how clean the he condo was . Hats off to the cleaning crew. The only thing I would suggest is to buy new bathroom rugs. Thanks for the great stay !!!

One problem we noticed was the air conditioner did not cool well the last night. We heard frequent clicking noises coming from the air return vent and so turned off the unit.

We enjoyed the unit, it was well located and fairly well appointed. However, we played a lot of cards, and the dining room chards are very uncomfortable. The balcony is great for viewing the beach and you can hear the waves crash on the shore. There is not enough comfortable seating in the living room for 4 people. The twin bed mattress is terrible, needs replacing. The kitchen was great, with a choice of coffee pots. There were plenty of pots and pans, plates and silver ware. Parking was easy and convenient, will consider going there again!
