Casa del Mar 274-Saltwater Paradise is a fantastic 1 bedroom and 1 bath condo with a side angle view of the Gulf of Mexico - located close to the heated swimming pool (during the off-season).

With an open concept living/kitchen/dining area the condo adds more space for everyone to kick back and relax. The flat-screen TV is perfect for watching a favorite movie before going to bed. Or walk out to the balcony for the sunset after spending the day at the beach.

The kitchenette features a refrigerator (apartment size), small oven, microwave and dishes, pots, pans, flatware and light cookware. It's the perfect place to have breakfast and lunch with a small table off of the kitchenette. For dinner, dine out at one of Galveston’s fine dining establishments!

This condo is perfect for bird watching, fishing and walking on the beach!

CASA DEL MAR CONDOS
Casa del Mar Galveston offers two swimming pools; one of the pools is heated during the winter months. Casa del Mar also offers a community grilling area, onsite coin-operated laundry on first and third floors, vending and ice machines on the second floor and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort grounds.

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Casa del Mar reservations require guests to pay a Parking/Registration Fee. Parking/Registration Fee is for up to two vehicles, and the term is up to 30 days. Guests with reservations of 30+ days will need to purchase an additional permit after 30 days.
HOA fees (resort, parking, amenity, etc.) are to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival via debit or credit card (cash will not be accepted).
Some Casa del Mar units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

We were looking for a place that was conveniently located by Babe’s Beach since most recommended this beach. This was perfect! Our 4 year olds felt at home and had the time of their lives! They called it the pirate house. :) The condo was spotless and fitted all our needs. Great location. Our hosts were immediately responsive and even helped us after we forgot some things behind. Thank you Rod and Patty! We hope to come back soon!
