This luxurious condominium is recently redecorated with new furnishings and accessories - even the most discerning guests will be pleased with the peaceful, serene atmosphere of the Seaglass Treasure. This condo has a large kitchen with island bar and seating, granite counter tops and updated appliances. Guests who stay with us at Diamond Beach 506-Seaglass Treasure can relax and enjoy their stay in the primary bedroom featuring a king bed and private en suite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom is a full bed. The living area has all new furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen tv and WIFI. Enjoy early mornings on the balcony with a full view of the Gulf of Mexico while sipping a cup of coffee. The balcony also features a dining table and four chairs for those who like to dine alfresco!
The Diamond Beach Galveston offers guests both a large outdoor pool with lazy river and an indoor pool for the convenience of our guests. The 300 foot long pool outside also has cabanas and barbeque areas available for guests to let. The children can play in the game room located on the 3rd floor of Diamond Beach resort. Spend a family movie night in the large theater watching room (available by appointment with Diamond Beach). The Diamond Beach resort also features a business center in the 2nd floor lobby (for those who must work while vacation).

Diamond Beach Resort is a five-star, luxury getaway, located on the West End, just at the end of the Seawall, world’s longest continuous sidewalk. All units offer a private balcony with expansive and unobstructed Gulf Views. Guest will be able to watch the waves roll in and crash against the Seawall, watch the seagulls and pelicans fly overhead and look down below to the outdoor pool and lazy river, without leaving your condo. Diamond Beach Resort amenities include a three-tiered 300′ cascading infinity outdoor pool, 750′ outdoor lazy river (guests must bring own tubes), outdoor water slide (peak season 11 am – 7 pm), two outdoor hot tubs, outdoor swim-up bar and grill (peak season), sand volleyball court, cornhole, chess, ping pong, grills (9 am – 7 pm by reservation), cabana rentals (9 am – 5 pm by reservation), outdoor shower, indoor heated pool, outdoor veranda perfect for watching the sunset, game room, Ocean Movie Theater (open to public before 3 pm and private reservations after that time), Wine and Dine Room, children’s Jungle Playroom, 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 business center, conference room, vending machines, secure building and gated community.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
If guests are interested in floating on the lazy river, Diamond Beach does not supply the tubes, and it highly recommended to purchase prior to arriving on the island, as they at times there may not be enough supplies at local stores to keep up with demand.
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

The location and the apartment were very nice and the amenities this facility provides are unbeatable (even though the prices are a bit on the higher side). We did notice one thing when we took the place that one of the curtains was half fallen off and was not looking good and blocking our view of the ocean. We contacted Ryson about 4 times at various times and were told that they would take care of it but no one stopped by. I would appreciate it if the customer service was more upfront with the renters about what they cannot do and what they can. This is the reason for the rating to be only good.

What an amazing place. The room was beautiful and so much room and a perfect patio area. The amenities are the best ever. Very clean, safe, well taken care of, and staff were all so friendly. The pool area is family friendly and there\'s everything you could want. Check in and out were simple and fast. Can\'t wait to go back again, but hopefully this time the weather will be better.

The condo was convenient to get to, great amenities and easy access to the beach. We had a few mishaps during our stay. One of the toilets didn't work and we had to have maintenance come out. Also, the smoke alarms all needed new batteries and wouldn't stop going off. It annoyed the condos around us and we had to leave the room cause we had a small child and they were ear piercingly loud. The property manager came and took them all down and took the batteries out but maintenance never came and put them back up. I guess it was a good thing there was not an actual fire since we didn't have alarms. The queen bed in the guest room was rock hard I was very glad to get back to my bed at home. All that aside, we had a great vacation and the property itself was beautiful and well maintained! We loved the lazy river! I would rent this unit again but I will be packing a mattress pad and some 9 volt batteries!
