Ideally, this condo is for 4 adults and 2 children. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a 39'' wall mounted television, the built in alcove has twin bunks, perfect for children and the living area has a brand new queen sleeper sofa with a thick, comfortable mattress- for a total of 6! The living area also features a brand new 42'' flat-screen television. The amenities in this property include granite counter tops, tile floors, brand new appliances including a toaster, coffee maker, blender and ironing board.
At Seaside Fun, you will enjoy great beach views, private access to the beach with landscaped dunes, a heated swimming pool with a hot tub and sundeck, a gazebo and private patron parking. Seaside Fun also equips you with all the beach gear you need! Here, beach chairs are provided! As well as beach mats, umbrella, and beach tote! All included for convenience with your stay!
SEASCAPE RESORT
Seascape Resort is located on Galveston’s secluded West End and is a rare find - it's one of only a few beachfront resorts on the island; no road between you and the beach and offers a gated community dune crossover to easily access the beach. The resort-style complex has a heated pool (off-season only), kiddie pool, adult-only hot tub, plenty of lounge chairs, beautifully landscaped courtyard, which includes a grilling and picnic area.

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Guests must register with the on-site Seascape security upon check-in to obtain a parking pass. Carpooling is highly recommended.
Some Seacape units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to detrmine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Upon arriving to the condo we could not get into the room we called Ryson which promptly gave us another code to get into the condo. Both myself and my boyfriend almost fell in the restroom after our shower due to the floor being soapy from what I\'m assuming was from them mopping. The location was really good right there with easy beach access.
