The open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas feature a large sectional sofa, extra-large dining table, and a large kitchen island where everyone can participate in the food preparation or just hang out and catch up.
The Pelican Perch is an ideal family home and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and is specifically designed for family vacations. The home will accommodate up to 12 guests.
Sleeping accommodations are as follows: Primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, en-suite bath with both a shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bath. The third bedroom features a queen bed and Smart TV. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room on the 3rd floor that features two sets of built-in twin bunks (sleeps 4) and has a game room for table games and a few from the cupola of the house. The televisions in this home have streaming devices. This home also has two twin-size rollaway beds tucked in closets for the convenience of the guests.
Beachside Village is one of Galveston's most popular and newer upscale neighborhoods, with picturesque, idyllic, colorful, coastal homes, all on stilts and all built with strict Victorian-style architecture. Beachside Village is close to town and all that Galveston has to offer - only a short ride to Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, The Historic Pleasure Pier, Historic Strand and Postoffice Districts.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Beachside Village Community is a quiet residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 8 am.
Weddings, prom or large gatherings of any kind are not permitted in Beachside Village.
Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Overnight parking is not allowed at HOA Sales Office, and overflow parking is only permitted along the North side of Sea Butterfly, West of Grand Avenue. Beachside Village HOA does not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc.
These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and Beachside Village HOA charges fees for non-compliance
The elevator/cargo lift is not available for guest use.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
