Description
This charming home is a two-level home with two bedrooms located on the first level and two located on the second level. The home is charmingly restored and features a two-story living area for that spacious feeling. The large open-concept living/dining/kitchen area is outfitted with everything guests will need in the kitchen. All new cabinetry, countertops and appliances, along with any kitchen tools the cook may need to make all the meals. This home has been lovingly restored and guests will find the multiple decks on the home a place to watch as pelicans make their way across the island!
The sleeping accommodations are as follows. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor feature one bedroom with two sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4), the other main floor bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2). There are two bedrooms located on the second floor of the home - the primary bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and two roll-away beds (sleeps 2 children) tucked away in the large primary closet for use as the guest deems necessary, the primary bedroom also features a private walk-out balcony. The other bedroom on the second floor is connected to the primary bedroom and features two sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4).
This home has 4 televisions for the convenience of the guests. The home also has a full-size washer/dryer, wifi, and outdoor shower so guests may rinse off after a day at the beach.
SEA ISLE
Sea Isle is a family-friendly neighborhood, located on Galveston’s West End, that is highly sought after by families who love to swim, fish and cruise the island in golf carts. Sea Isle offers a public beach, seasonal community pool, bait shop, playground, tennis courts, a convenience store, restaurant and a bar.

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

All Ryson properties are non-smoking.
This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
*Sea Isle pool passes must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA Monday – Friday until 5 pm only. Pool passes are not sold after hours or weekends. Please call the Sea Isle HOA to reserve your pool pass in advance.
Resort amenities, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

The property was good. The management company not so much. Did not return my call and when I went...
The property was good. The management company not so much. Did not return my call and when I went to their office during office hours the door was locked and the lady finally opened it but was really rude.
