The condo is really cute and the location is conveniently located across the street from the beach. The condo looks like the pictures and it has a decent view of the ocean from the patio. This is a very busy area in general, but we liked that there were a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. And, we never had a problem finding a spot on the beach right across from the condo building. I do want to let it be known that the 'FREE PARKING' LISTED IS INCORRECT. There is a $43 PARKING PERMIT FEE that you are told about after you pay and sign the contract. Just wanted to make others aware because I don't like hidden fees.
