The San Luis 934-Luis' Landing is waiting for two couples or a small family who enjoy staying in a well-known property in Galveston. The San Luis Resort is located on the world-famous Seawall Boulevard only steps to the beach at 52nd Street. There is a safe beach crossing at this property. Guests may want to pour a lovely glass of wine and head out onto one of two balconies to take in the exquisite beach views and lower stress level of life at the beach.
Luis' Landing is a one-bedroom one-bath condominium with a full kitchen so guests may prepare meals and enjoy a relaxing vacation at The San Luis Resort. Luis' Landing primary bedroom has a king-size bed, large flat-screen television, and nearby full bath with shower. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area with a walkout balcony and large flat-screen television. The kitchen peninsula features two stools for dining. This property also has two twin rollaway beds so guests may place where they want. This property is tastefully decorated with a coastal theme - guests will never want to leave Luis' Landing! The balcony has a table with two chairs.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Upon check-in guests will receive an access card (1) and key (1) required for condominium building entry, an assigned parking spot (1), pool bands and pool towel card. Guests are responsible and there are fees to replace these items. Additional parking is available in the parking lot behind the hotel.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

The automated blinds are good to have, however the one in the living room stuck closed for two days and was not repaired, after several calls to the maintenance department.
