We really liked the property. It is right next to the beach and it is located in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. The beds were good and the pillows were nice. Pleanty of parking as well. The beach was great, as there aren't a ton of people and it was very clean and nice.

Fabulous location! Wonderful view of the ocean from the family room deck. Just a few steps to the beach. The house was very clean and just the right size for our family. Spacious family room with plenty of seating. Nice sitting area downstairs. Only downside was the air conditioning in the primary suite was broken. They sent repairman out right away but they were unable to fix it during the week we stayed. They provided us with fans but it was still uncomfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with glassware, pots/pans and silverware. We will definitely rent again! - if they get the air conditioning fixed ;)

The home was perfect for our getaway. The kitchen island makes serving a family easy. Plenty of seating in dining and living room. The bedrooms were spacious. The upstairs area was perfect for my group. Lots of space. They also have a roll away bed that came in handy and the upstairs couch is a pull out. Kitchen had all the necessities. GREAT location to the beach! The only thing I would suggest is getting more kitchen hand towels. There was only one, so we went through a lot of paper towels. But that is minimal compared to all of the other wonderful things about this home. I have stayed in at least a dozen in Pirates Beach and this one has been my favorite.
