Casa del Mar 319-Welcome Aboard is beautifully updated and is one of the better views from this 3rd-floor balcony. The seagulls fly by while you watch the morning sunrise toward the east end of Galveston Island.

The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen television and a small round dining table or seats at the kitchen bar.  The view from the living room is to the beach - guests may enjoy their cool drinks or morning coffee from the patio.  The primary bedroom in this unit features a queen bed, attached to the one restroom which has a bath/tub combination.  The built-in alcove (perfect junior size bunks) is located in the main hall of this condominium.  The bunks are suitable for small children and have a Welcome Aboard flag décor.  Children can learn the letters of Welcome Aboard on the Flags in their alcove area!

CASA DEL MAR CONDOS
Casa del Mar Galveston offers two swimming pools; one of the pools is heated during the winter months. Casa del Mar also offers a community grilling area, onsite coin-operated laundry on first and third floors, vending and ice machines on the second floor and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort grounds.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Casa del Mar reservations require guests to pay a Parking/Registration Fee. Parking/Registration Fee is for up to two vehicles, and the term is up to 30 days. Guests with reservations of 30+ days will need to purchase an additional permit after 30 days.
HOA fees (resort, parking, amenity, etc.) are to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival via debit or credit card (cash will not be accepted).
Some Casa del Mar units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

the fold out bed on the couch was broke took three people to fold out and end was a note there to put plywood on bed so it was useable when we got there did not have the key code to get in called the vacation mgt got code unit was very clean no soap anywhere lucky we brought our own only major problem was the fold out bed needs to be junked before someone get hurt

It was a lovely place to stay, you just have to be flexible. Like, they said there was a hot tub which we were really looking forward to; there is not. Although there are two very nice pools, which we enjoyed a lot. Located in a perfect spot, Walmart close, McDs right next door, ocean view. Cost is confusing, taxes and fees were as much as the room itself, however, probably still comparable to anything else you would find. It was clean and pretty and comfortable. But do not expect any help from lobby staff. Because it’s a private rental, they won’t help with anything, not even a roll of toilet paper, lol. Also, I got locked out for a little while. Family left looking for me, and locked the door. My phone was in the room. Would have loved to have been able to go inside to wait for the family to return or to be able to call them. Lobby staff could not help at all and really seemed to not care either. They just recommended that I call the owner. Very alone feeling. However, it worked out fine; family showed back up quickly. Oh, they also have a nice Roku tv there. You can sign in to your own accts which was really cool.
