Through the front door is a large living area - spend some quality time in the living area 55'' flat-screen TV with Roku. Timeless Treasure also has a game room, complete with an impressive collection of board games and seating for four.
The kitchen was completely renovated and includes stainless steel appliances and two sinks. Tin ceiling tiles add to the vintage charm of Timeless Treasure. The kitchen is also outfitted with including a tea kettle, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig (bring your own k-cups). The dining table will seat six and is located under a classic chandelier - dine in style!
This two-story home sleeps 10 guests in 3 bedrooms. There are also 3.5 baths each stocked with lovely bath towels, and complimentary bathroom supplies to begin your stay.
Sleeping accommodations are as follows: Primary bedroom is located on the upper level with a queen bed, 47'' flat-screen TV with Roku. The primary en-suite bath has a luxurious soaking tub. The second bedroom is also located on the upper floor and has a queen-size bed and armoire for storing away belongings. This bedroom also has its own en-suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The third bedroom is outfitted with both a queen bed and a full-size bed - plenty of room for versatile sleeping arrangements. The living area also features a full-size sleeper sofa.
The other full bathroom is located on the lower level (first floor) of the home and features a custom vanity and walk-in shower with tile accents. A half bath is located in the nook under the stairs in the living area.
A washer, dryer and WIFI are provided.
Timeless Treasure is nestled in the heart of Galveston Island's midtown district - close to both the beach and to the Historic Strand District. This property is a 12-minute walk to the beach, less than a mile away is Galveston's Pleasure Pier, a 5-minute drive to Moody Mansion to study Galveston's historic architecture! Guests who enjoy walking, biking, history, historic architecture, and 'living like a local' will love Timeless Treasure!
IN TOWN
Staying in town or near one of Galveston's Historic Districts has its own set of perks and is very different from the West End or near East Beach. Many in town homes are walking distance to the seawall, the beach, restaurants, shopping, the Historic Strand & Postoffice district, the Pleasure Pier, museums, the Galveston-Bolivar Ferry, plenty of other attractions, things to do, grocery stores, Texas A&M University, Shriner’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House and UTMB (University of Texas Medical Branch), one of the largest, most technologically sophisticated emergency care facilities in the world, a level 1 trauma and burn center.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

I would have rated excellent if they did not give me the wrong keys at the office. The house is updated in great taste and quality workmanship. We experienced no appliance or other problems during our stay. This house and the one next door (a little spooky) have family history you can discover in the information booklet on the entry table at the stairs.

The house maintains the Old Galveston charm with modern conveniences. It was centrally located for the various places that we went to for the wedding weekend…..from beach gatherings to rehearsal to wedding to reception and enjoying some local restaurants. The main kitchen/addition were modern, well equipped, and provided good functionality for a getaway home….we only used the apartment-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee pot but there was also an oven and range. Oh yes, the ice machine was a nice touch. There were a few lights that didn't work in the addition but they didn't keep us from using it. The A/C worked great. The beds were comfortable. The TV worked well for watching the Olympics. The showers/bathrooms worked nicely. For the future, the owner might consider a few upgrades/changes that would improve the experience. The tub in the master bedroom was bountiful but not our style; a walk-in shower or tub shower would have been better. Because of that, we stayed in the smaller bedroom that did have a walk-in shower. Only street parking is available and it can be a busy street at times; an alley entry garage or garage with upstairs apartment would really enhance it and make it safer, especially if a family had small children.

We were so excited to stay at the Timeless Treasure home. It looked so beautiful in the pictures and had a great central location! The home was very clean and all amenities that were promised were there, but didn\'t all work. My mom and I are both avid coffee drinkers and were thrilled to see a Keurig was available, and specifically bought our favorite K-cups. However, the machine did not work. Luckily my mom had one in her car for other stops on their vacation, so we were able to use that one. I was really excited to have the master bedroom, with the walk-in closet and jet bath tub. However, the jets on the tub did not work as far as I could tell. Also there is a big open space on the side of the tub that could be closed up to prevent the cockroaches from getting in. I easily killed 7-8 in my room during our time there. Despite those few minor things, we did truly enjoy our time there. The kitchen was beautiful and the kids loved the game room. It\'s also great, with 3 kids and 2 adults having the washer and dryer. The bedrooms were all decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. In fact the entire home was decorated beautifully. All in all we were pretty pleased with the home and would recommend it to others or stay there again.

This is our 5th year of staying in the home.. the 1st time since being purchased by your company. The house was clean, quaint & semi-warm when we walked into it. It has MOST definitely lost its personal charm and become a “corporation†vacation home. The upkeep on the property has went down. The porch swing that was removed was a major down fall for our family. But, the absolute worst thing for us and the main reason we will not stay again is the decorative vent covers that are not bolted down. My 6 year old was running and hit one. It of course slid across the hard wood floor (not being attached) and bounced his head off the floor. He is fine but it was very scary. After, going through the home we quickly realized Not a single one was attached. The jets in the jacuzzi tub would not work either. The shower in the bathroom upstairs was leaking because the door does not properly seal.
