All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, perfect for late night viewing or early morning cartoons. Two full bathrooms are stocked with plenty of fresh towels for everyone. You’ll love the deep jetted tub in the primary bathroom. There’s ample space to store all your belongings at Turtle Bay, but feel free to pack light. The in-house washer and dryer let you have clean clothes every day of your stay.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Jamaica Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Your host would like for you and your guests to enjoy the use of the kayaks and paddleboat. If you and your guest utilize this amenity, we kindly ask that you hang the kayaks with the straps under the stairs. Guests are also required to take the paddleboat out of the water, placed in the back patio and attach to the post with the cord provided. Failure to secure these will result in a $250.00 fine. Guests are responsible for any damages. EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay. RYSON VACATION RENTALS
