Front-facing Victorian 8301- Vista View is a 3 bedroom 2 full baths unit that will accommodate up to 8 guests. This well-furnished condominium has terrific views all day long - watch as the shrimp boats go out early in the morning with your coffee from the front-facing balcony with a full ocean view. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the dishware, pots and pans, cooking utensils for 8 people. Views from the primary bedroom and the living room as well as the balcony. Victorian 8301- Vista View is located as a corner unit, so very little noise, close to the elevator. This unit also features cable television and WIFI for your convenience.

Victorian 8301- Vista View features a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and television, en suite bath with step-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom features twin bunk beds. To round out the sleeping arrangements, the living area has a very comfortable sleeper sofa.

THE VICTORIAN
The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals and City Police.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Reservations at this HOA require a resort/parking/amenity fee to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
This resort fee covers up to two vehicles for up to two weeks and guest wristbands for pool, hot tub and fitness center for up to 8 guests. Reservations of 9 guests (if max occupancy allows), require an additional payment for the additional wristband. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure.
Some Victorian units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

If your only major criteria are location and pool access then it’s good. The kids pool had a nice gradation and fun waterfall feature. The kids sleeping alcove holds two cramped bunk beds with very little head space for the bottom bunk. It’s dark and depressing in appearance. My daughter was terrified and ultimately refused to sleep in the space. The bunk mattress quality is abysmal. They felt like cheap springs wrapped in a single layer of cloth. If we were to visit again, we would explore other options or disregard the “kids room” completely in our decision making.

There were several issues with the condo that should have been taken care of prior to our arrival: burned out light bulbs, loose toilet seat, TV not working, not enough plates for six people, beds were uncomfortable, sheets were scratchy, towels seemed old. Don't know if I would stay here again. The elevator and beach access were nice but I can get those at other condos and hotels.
