This made it really hard for my husband, he is disabled, we were on the third floor. - the walk from the elevator that was working to the room and having to walk 3 flights of stairs was very difficult. It would have been good customer service to have informed me prior to check in date the elevator was not working and to have possibly offered me another unit.
