The Casa del Mar 208-Red, White and Beach is the answer for a weekend getaway or a perfect place for a monthly rental during the gorgeous off-season winters in Galveston. Casa del Mar 208 is perfectly decorated and ready for whatever you are planning, this condominium has everything a guest could need.  The homeowners have completely remodeled the property and made maximum use of this cozy condo with a balcony where guests can sit and enjoy the morning breezes as the Gulf of Mexico comes to life. Sip some coffee that you made at the dry bar/coffee bar area that features a Keurig (please bring your own pods). Every detail of this condominium has been considered - the kitchen has been fully stocked and includes a refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, cookware, blender, and anything else you may need. This property has a portable oven to be used on the countertop. This property features HD TVs with Netflix! Sleeping accommodations at Casa Del Mar 208-Red White & Beach including a queen-size bed in the bedroom, junior size bunks (designed to be used by children), and a memory foam sleeper sofa. This condo was designed with guests in mind - get some relaxation and recharge your batteries. CASA DEL MAR CONDOS Casa del Mar Galveston offers two swimming pools; one of the pools is heated during the winter months. Casa del Mar also offers a community grilling area, onsite coin-operated laundry on first and third floors, vending and ice machines on the second floor and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort grounds. GULF COAST CONCIERGE Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen! This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions. Casa del Mar reservations require guests to pay a Parking/Registration Fee. Parking/Registration Fee is for up to two vehicles, and the term is up to 30 days. Guests with reservations of 30+ days will need to purchase an additional permit after 30 days. HOA fees (resort, parking, amenity, etc.) are to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival via debit or credit card (cash will not be accepted). Some Casa del Mar units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches) and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group The elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries. Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and the cable may not be available on all TVs. All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay. You have to pay a guest fee or condo fee on top of the nightly stay and an almost $50 parking fee. And you’re expected to strip the beds, start the dishwasher and empty the trash. So you’re basically doing the maids job.
