Just steps from the beach and has fantastic Gulf views. The main level living area is an open floor plan with plenty of seating and lounging for guests to use. Catch up on shows or pop in a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The large kitchen has beach views, with a large island and gas stove, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, beadboard backsplash, and inlaid wood cabinets; truly a chef's kitchen. The dining area, right off of the kitchen, seats 6 at a beautiful wood table. Additional seating at the bar for larger groups. Balconies sit on both sides of the home adding more outdoor space and views of the Gulf. It is perfect for catching some sun and enjoying the Texas weather. This home also features a fenced-in yard, perfect for families to enjoy outside activities. Beachside Village Community is a quiet residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 8 am. Weddings, prom, or large gatherings of any kind are not permitted in Beachside Village. Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dunes. Overnight parking is not allowed at HOA Sales Office, and overflow parking is only permitted along the North side of Sea Butterfly, West of Grand Avenue. Beachside Village HOA does not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. The above provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and Beachside Village HOA charges fees for non-compliance. Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and the cable may not be available on all TVs. All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide s valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. We absolutely loved this beautiful home. Such a great experience with five bedrooms and five full baths! The bedrooms were wonderful, and the beds were so comfortable. Every room having its own bathroom made coming back from the beach for dinner such a breeze. Speaking of the beach, it is so much closer than photos make it seem. In a short walk we were getting set up at the beach. Also, you can drive one street over from Beachside Village and drive your car to park on the beach. We loved this home. Cooking at the house was perfect, they have absolutely every kitchen and grilling gadget you could need, plus an ample amount of dinner plates and silverware. The home was incredibly well stocked with everything you could need, down to board games. We will absolutely be staying at La Dolce Vita again.

Highly recommend. The house was clean and comfortable. 5 large bedrooms including a bunk room with 4 beds which is perfect for kids and teens. Beach views from the balconies and easy walk to the beach. Outdoor shower for rinsing off. We stayed Father’s day weekend and while most of the Galveston beaches were packed to the brim … this stretch of beach was still private and comfortable! my only critiques, the grill needs a good scrub and some maintenance, but we made do. Also there were no extra trash bags and the ONE that came with the house was paper thin and tore when we tried to take it out, resulting in a huge mess.

Wonderful property. We are all 60+, met for siblings 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Rented house next door as well. The kitchen/family room/decks were the perfect layout for large gatherings. Couldn't have asked for a nicer property!
