Enchanted Beachfront has an enormous open concept living/dining/kitchen area which provides plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy their beach vacation together. The entire open concept room has ceiling to floor windows opening up the view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The home has storm shutters to be opened upon arrival (via remote control given at check in time). The fully outfitted kitchen has a very large work space, big refrigerator to store all of your fresh seafood and steaks, more than enough cooking implements including pots and pans, kitchen tools, dishes, bakeware, serving platters, and all types of glassware for drinking. Those in the kitchen preparing meals will be part of the crowd as the large dining table seats everyone for a meal or the table can be used for games and socializing. The living area features an impressive 55'' curved TV and a Blu Ray DVD which can be seen from everywhere in the room. The main living area of the home also has a 1/2 bath for the convenience of the guests.
The sleeping arrangements at Enchanted Beachfront are as follows. The bedrooms are all located on the 2nd floor of the home. The primary bedroom faces the beach and has a walk-out balcony. The primary is a very large room featuring a queen bed and a twin sleeper chair. The primary has an en suite bath and a television. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a television. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two built in sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4) and also has a television.
The cargo lift in this home is NOT to be used. This home is pet friendly (up to 2 dogs) with fee paid at the time of booking. Guests are responsible to curb and leash their dogs. The fireplace in the home is NOT to be used. The home also features a charcoal 'park style' grill at the ground level (please bring your own charcoal). Guests will enjoy the shady downstairs as a break from the beautiful sunny days that Galveston has to offer.
Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals.

Stavanger Beach is located on Galveston's West End, on the beachside, about 18 miles from town, West of Sea Isle and East of Pointe West.

This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Beautiful house and great beach access. There were a couple of things I was not satisfied with. First we came in and there was a plug that had apparently caught fire, burn marks up the wall and around. The breaker was shut off to this plug which also caused the living room tv not to work. Then notice the smoke detector about was taken apart. I called this in and was assured someone would call back. No one called. I called again. No one called. Again had to call the next day to report it and finally around lunch someone showed up. Other than that our stay here was pleasant.

The property was in a beautiful location and the ocean was great. There were a couple of issues I think anyone staying here should be aware of. There was a burned up outlet in the living room with actual smoke stains on the wall. Half of the outlets didn’t work downstairs, including the shades downstairs to close for the night. I have two young kids and it’s not exactly what you want to see when you get inside the house. I also called them and let them know that the outlet was burnt and that we tried to use. We tried to turn it on and it did not work and it started smoking, they told me they would fix it and they apparently came by and I never heard anything from them afterwards and it did not work after they came by. I didn’t hear anything from maintenance. I just dealt with a TV in the living room not working or any outlets down there not working. There was another issue with the grass. My dogs, my kids, and myself couldn’t play in the grass because of all the stickers in the yard. We chose this property because of the closed in yard for our dogs and our kids and we could not use it. We had to make sure we wore shoes and had to pull those stickers out of our pets feet and our kids feet and my own feet. it’s also not obvious from the photos online, but people can drive on the beach and some of them drive quickly so please be aware that it can be unsafe at times. Overall, the stay was okay. I just think for the price that one would expect a little bit more safety and function

The house was beautiful, appeared recently renovated, and nicely stocked. The master bedroom is huge with beautiful views. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are comfortable and serve their purpose but are a bit smaller. All three bathrooms were very nice. The two covered decks were amazing and the location with private boardwalk to beach was perfect!! We much prefer this beach over Boliver/crystal beach. Smooth sand with almost no shells and way less crowded - great for kids to play! Highly recommend this property.
