Enchanted Beachfront has an enormous open concept living/dining/kitchen area which provides plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy their beach vacation together. The entire open concept room has ceiling to floor windows opening up the view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The home has storm shutters to be opened upon arrival (via remote control given at check in time). The fully outfitted kitchen has a very large work space, big refrigerator to store all of your fresh seafood and steaks, more than enough cooking implements including pots and pans, kitchen tools, dishes, bakeware, serving platters, and all types of glassware for drinking. Those in the kitchen preparing meals will be part of the crowd as the large dining table seats everyone for a meal or the table can be used for games and socializing. The living area features an impressive 55'' curved TV and a Blu Ray DVD which can be seen from everywhere in the room. The main living area of the home also has a 1/2 bath for the convenience of the guests.
The sleeping arrangements at Enchanted Beachfront are as follows. The bedrooms are all located on the 2nd floor of the home. The primary bedroom faces the beach and has a walk-out balcony. The primary is a very large room featuring a queen bed and a twin sleeper chair. The primary has an en suite bath and a television. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a television. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two built in sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4) and also has a television.
The cargo lift in this home is NOT to be used. This home is pet friendly (up to 2 dogs) with fee paid at the time of booking. Guests are responsible to curb and leash their dogs. The fireplace in the home is NOT to be used. The home also features a charcoal 'park style' grill at the ground level (please bring your own charcoal). Guests will enjoy the shady downstairs as a break from the beautiful sunny days that Galveston has to offer.
Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals.

This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

It’s a very nicely updated house, with beach-friendly wood-like tile throughout, a spacious laundry and primary bedroom, plenty of storage and a great concrete driveway and parking area. The biggest downside to this property is that cars can drive on the beach in front of this house. Saturday morning, at 7 am, two trucks with three fishermen drove directly in front of the house and set up two tents and TEN fishing poles, spanning the entire beachfront associated with the property. And they didn’t leave until 5pm! It was very frustrating because it forced us to then claim a spot of beach in front of a different beach house, which I didn’t like doing. Other downsides: the tv didn’t work and internet was spotty but that was due to the recent hurricane Beryl, and there was a water leak outside-the standing water made mosquitos even worse and we were not notified that someone was coming to fix it-he just showed up on the porch, which scared the children. In summary, if the lovely house was located on a different stretch of beach where cars couldn’t drive we would definitely rent it again.

We have been two years in a row and will definitely be back next summer. We were thrilled until we found the lift unable to be used. We had specifically asked because we are old and unable to carry luggage etc upstairs. The air conditioner needed to be fixed and the repair man was there within about 15 minutes and had it fixed immediately. The house was perfect and the vacation was worth every penny. Thank you so much!!
