The lower unit smelled awful, the grass was really high and didn't get mowed until our 4th day. The dryer did not dry anything. I messaged guest services about the pool key and never received a response at all. Overall, the house was nice and we were pleased with our stay but some things could have been better. The community is great!

Really great for families, especially if you have in-laws/older parents travelling with you and want them to have their own area to get away but also to commune with the rest of the family for dinners/watching a movie etc. Great games for kids, great kids sleeping/hang out area (good for adults too) overall great set up. Very quiet/safe neighborhood very close to the beach (a great, quiet, mostly empty, CLEAN beach - Terramar beach). Loved our say.
