The overall trip was great. Had a few issues upon arrival and they were handled by us only because we have stayed at property before. No response from owner. Lovely house and we will continue to stay here on our visits to Galveston.

The main thing we didn’t like we didn’t have the code to the master key box to receive physical keys to open storm shutters. I came after 5 to the property called the number to customer service no one returned called finally called again at 7 and the after hours customers service did help me retrieve the code to the lock box to retrieve keys to open storm shutters and open doors to the property. Unless I missed the message there should have been the code to the master lock box in an email or customer portal. We were scared we were not going to be in the property that night. Other than that we enjoyed staying there. Everything you could think of was on the property. We would definitely come back. Yes I would tell more people about our stay was pleasant.

Great location. Main living quarters were nice. The bedroom and bath under the deck definitely needs some work. Smells like mold, floor is constantly moist and water pressure is terrible.
