The Conch Castle is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that will accommodate up to 14 guests and includes a private hot tub. This luxury home has been lovingly decorated and finished in 2020 and is ready for vacation renters who are accustomed to living a luxurious lifestyle. This home was built with families in mind - two living spaces (each living area has a TV), a large fully outfitted kitchen, large, spacious rooms.
The Conch Castle has two separate staircases for entry - one toward the front of the house and one under the house which opens into the wide-open living/dining/kitchen area has wide open ceilings and plenty of light from the floor to ceiling windows. The dine-in kitchen area was made with entertaining in mind with a huge island breakfast bar and wide granite counters, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and all of the dishes, pots, pans, tools to prepare any meal. Walk out on the first-level deck and enjoy a beautiful beach view while having your morning cup of coffee and watching the sunrise toward the east.
The first level primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, en-suite bath with a step-in shower. The other four bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. The second level primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, en-suite bath with a separate soaking tub, and step-in shower. The third bedroom also has a king bed, TV and shares a bath with the fourth bedroom which has a queen-size bed and TV. The fifth bedroom features two built-in twin over full bunks (sleeps 6). In all, 3 king beds, 1 queen, 2 full beds, 2 twins - for a total of 14.
This home has a washer/dryer, charcoal grill, WIFI, cable and is close to the beach.
The Conch Castle is about a 2-minute walk to the beachfront, the sand, the surf, and tons of fun in Galveston.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. Beachside Village Community is a quiet residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 8 am.
These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security and Beachside Village HOA charges fees for non-compliance. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards, or dunes. Overnight parking is not allowed at HOA Sales Office, and overflow parking is only permitted along the North side of Sea Butterfly, West of Grand Avenue. Beachside Village HOA does not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Spa is serviced multiple times a week, and we make every effort to keep them in tip top shape. However, we cannot guarantee there won’t be a disruption. This property does not charge extra to guests for upkeep and the rental rate is not raised for this amenity, so under no circumstances will guests be refunded or compensated in the event of spa issues.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and the cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students, and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Great Property! Stayed Spring Break 2024 with 8 college/HS student-Athletes and 3 adults. Plenty of room, private beach, Private security officer on patrol, roomy, great!!!!
