It is a short walk to drive to beach area. Very quiet neighborhood and the Maria restaurant was excellent . Definitely recommend this property, very spacious and we enjoyed the yard and hot tub too

My only complaint is that the queen sized bed on the top floor was very uncomfortable. It was so fluffy that every movement jostled the whole bed and you just move around when your bed partners changes the slightest position.
