My only complaint is that the queen sized bed on the top floor was very uncomfortable. It was so fluffy that every movement jostled the whole bed and you just move around when your bed partners changes the slightest position.

Our family had a great time. Only a short walk to the beach, or you can drive onto the beach and park for free. The house is about 30 minutes from Galveston, so it’s pretty peaceful and a quick drive into town for activities. The kids liked the Galveston Pleasure Pier, while we enjoyed Moody Gardens and the local fresh fish market. Overall, a great experience and will be back!

Come prepared for everything you can think of, including clogged toilet. Not much to eat nearby but a short drive to the seawall where you have many options. Great location for people with dogs/pets as the yard is large and has lots of grass.

The property and location are great! Our trip was slightly ruined due to the first tropical storm of the season flooding most of the area, but we were able to drive 5 mins up the road to an accessible beach and made the best of it! One downside is we were unable to access the downstairs storage which held the grill, outdoor cushions, etc. However, this might have been more secured due to the flooding.

Cozy place, right next to a public access beach and a small bar nearby. Only complaint was the hot tub water wasn't that clean.
