This purpose built vacation rental has 2 of everything! 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 washers/dryers all at same property rented out as 1 rental. This vacation rental has enough total entertainment space to host a small village. Literally the perfect solution to a large group up to 20 that would like the benefit of having extra space with separate kitchens and multiple entertaining spaces. Or to a large group that needs individual beds. The front and back house each sleep up to 10 guests, have fully appointed kitchens and separate washer and dryers. The Big Blue House is perfect as your forward operating base to explore the entire Island. Located just a 5 minute drive to the heart of Seawall Blvd with miles of beach access, 7 mins to Stewart Beach, 10 minutes to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens, 5 minutes to Pleasure Pier and conveniently located only .5 miles to The Historic Strand District, Cruise Terminal and Pier 21. The Galveston-Bolivar Ferry and other attractions are only a short drive.

IN TOWN
Staying in town or near one of Galveston's Historic Districts has its own set of perks and is very different from the West End or near East Beach. Many in town homes are walking distance to the seawall, the beach, restaurants, shopping, the Historic Strand & Post office district, the Pleasure Pier, museums, the Galveston-Bolivar Ferry, plenty of other attractions, things to do, grocery stores, Texas A&M University, Shriner’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House and UTMB (University of Texas Medical Branch), one of the largest, most technologically sophisticated emergency care facilities in the world, a level 1 trauma and burn center.

Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Even if listed as a provided amenity, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable packages, networks, channels, cable signal quality, or internet signal quality. Cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
