A few issues we noticed, no internet password, had to move the grill, lawn wasn’t mowed, trash was overflowing from people prior to us, several doors didn’t close and the pull out couch was broken! Other than that easy walk to the ocean, we had amazing views to watch fireworks from! Would stay there again!
