This home is pet friendly (1 large dog 50# or more, or 2 small dogs max 35# each). The Pelican Path has 3 nice size bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home has 2 bedrooms and a full bath and a laundry room on the main level. The main level also has an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with an enclosed studio surrounded by windows for a full view of the beach. Each bedroom has a TV and a large TV in the living area with seating for all. High-speed internet is available at this house with ROKU boxes on each TV, please remember to bring your Netflix, Hulu, or Prime passwords. The home offers storm shutters for peace of mind for both privacy and security. This home is only steps to the beach and walk-over (less than a 2-minute walk to the edge of the water). Please curb and leash all dogs. Only a short golf cart ride away from the Sea Isle restaurant, marina, and stores.
Terramar Beach is located on Galveston Island's far West End, about 20 miles east of the city center. Terramar Beach would be described by most as one of the most peaceful subdivisions the island has to offer.

This home is pet-friendly. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards, or dunes. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Resort amenities, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee a specific cable package, network or channels, or cable and internet signal quality, and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students, and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax-exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

The house is absolutely wonderful. The house is clean and organized. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots & pans & dishes. But….The cargo elevator doesn’t work. And the party lights on the back deck didn’t come on.
