Designed for moderately size groups with friendly pricing in mind, giving you a little extra cash to take your group out for fishing excursion or a memorable night on the town while enjoying Galveston's greatest attractions!

Conveniently located, The Blue Casa is a only few mins from the beach, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, Cruise Terminal, Pier 21 and The Historic Strand District midst other great attractions and shopping.

This new built vacation rental sits above a large fully fenced in property and car-port that doubles as secure parking or used as a large private covered entertainment area that's perfect for enjoying Galveston's breezy nights. The Master bedroom features its own ensuite and private cozy balcony for either a energizing morning cup of coffee or perhaps a soothing night cap before you retire to the spacious king bed.

Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Even if listed as a provided amenity, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable packages, networks, channels, cable signal quality, or internet signal quality. Cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
