Galvestonian 112-Beachfront Hideaway is one of Galveston's finest high-rise properties on the beachfront! Located at the far East end of Galveston Island, guests of this condo have two balconies - one off of the living area and one off of the master bedroom. Wake up early, slip out to the balcony and watch as the island comes to life! This beachfront condo has some of the most spectacular views of Galveston Island. If a quiet, sophisticated environment is what you like in a vacation, The Galvestonian is the place for you and your guests.
This condominium is located on the 1st floor of a high-rise building (remember, not on the ground floor) situated where you will have the first view of the sunrise each morning. The two bedrooms and two full baths will accommodate up to 6 guests. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has enough supplies for any vacation rental guest. The living room has a large flat screen tv, ceiling fan and ample furniture if you choose to sit and watch as the shrimp boats go out for their morning haul or you prefer to watch the star-studded cruise lines make their way out of the Port of Galveston - there is something for everyone who loves the sea! The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, en suite bath with shower, ceiling fan and television (don't forget the primary has a balcony). The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the living area features a queen sleeper sofa.
THE GALVESTONIAN RESORT
The Galvestonian is located on East Beach, some say the prettiest beaches in Galveston, is family-friendly and offers a year-round heated pool, pool towels, a fitness center, beach volleyball, 2 tennis courts, and vending machines. Guests may rent umbrellas and chairs from the front desk, and beach wagons are free but are on a first-come, first-served basis. The Galvestonian is close to all of the activities that Galveston has to offer, including the Downtown Strand District, close to the Port of Galveston, restaurants, shopping, bicycling and so much more that the island has to offer!

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
There is a vending area in the common area.
The Galvestonian has zero-tolerance for smoking - smoking is not permitted inside the vacation rental, nor outside the property. This including private balconies, decks and patios. If there is evidence of smoking at the Galvestonian, guests will be charged.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
