Casa del Mar Galveston offers two swimming pools; one of the pools is heated during the winter months. Casa del Mar also offers a community grilling area, onsite coin-operated laundry on first and third floors, vending and ice machines on the second floor and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort grounds.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Casa del Mar reservations require guests to pay a Parking/Registration Fee. Parking/Registration Fee is for up to two vehicles, and the term is up to 30 days. Guests with reservations of 30+ days will need to purchase an additional permit after 30 days.
HOA fees (resort, parking, amenity, etc.) are to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival via debit or credit card (cash will not be accepted).
Some Casa del Mar units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

The room was overall ok. Definitely things that should be fixed first thing I notice when I come in there's paint missing from the wall behind main tv where it looks like a cord cover had been ripped off. The coffee table had chips all in it and needed to be replaced. Tv in bedroom wasn't working but someone did come fix this but still kept going in and out . Bathtub,,,no way to stop the drain so you can't take a bath which was difficult for me trying t bathe my small children . The middle of the tub felt Like you were going to fall through to the floor below. And there was mold around the sealant in the tub . The room did the job since we weren't just staying in the room the entire time but there are definitely Things that need to be upgraded or fixed in the room. I would stay at it again but still was a little surprised with mold and the other things wrong with it for the price we paid for this room.
