This lovely beach house is located just a few short steps from Sunny Beach Galveston on the near West End of Galveston Island. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and will accommodate a total of 10 people. Beautiful views from the front porch. Ground-level features two picnic tables, an outdoor shower, grill, and a shady place to rest. Sunny Beach Sand Castle Cottage is a thoughtfully decorated home with a nautical theme. The covered deck has a great water view and is only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach.
Open concept living/dining/kitchen area with 1/2 bath makes everyone part of the fun! The primary bedroom is located on the same level as the living area and has a queen bed and an en suite bath. Stackable w/d located on living area level. The second bedroom has two full beds and a glider rocking chair for relaxation. The third bedroom has a full bed and a full futon. This home sleeps 10 comfortably and is very well appointed - a place you will want to return year after year. Sunny Beach is a small community and a nice quiet getaway for families and those wanting to escape to the beach!

Sunny Beach is located at 8 Mile Road, off the main West End throughfair, FM3005, just one mile west of the Seawall and only a short drive from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Water Park and many other Galveston attractions and restaurants! Only a short walk to the beach and you're able to park your vehicle on the sand!

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Great stay. Only complaint is that whoever cleans the property does a poor job. Found wrappers in the sofa, roach/water bug under the sofa, pans were still dirty and floor seemed as if hasn’t been swept for about 2 weeks. The downstairs toilet drainage is slow so you have to flush 2-3 times. Other than that, overall place was nice, great location and easy checkin/checkout.

My stay at this cottage was lovely! The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and it\'s bigger than it looks. Me and my family had a awesome time here! We will definitely be back!
