As you enter the home you will find an open concept style home. The living area is cozy and quaint for relaxing with the family. Right off of the living area is a large balcony perfect to watch the sunset.
The dining area is between the kitchen and living area, adding more seating. Perfect for meals and game time. The kitchen is airy and clean with stainless steel appliances. The bar adds more seating for snacks and room for cooking.
Enjoy the private pool and balcony area located on the opposite side of the canal. This is perfect for a relaxing stay at home day. Enjoy sunbathing either on the canal side or pool side with a nice refreshment.
Sleeping arrangements are as followed:
Primary bedroom: 1 King (sleeps 2), Main Level
Second bedroom: 2 Full/Full (sleeps 8),Main Level
Living area: 1 Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), Main Level
Staying in town or near one of Galveston's Historic Districts has its own set of perks and is very different from the West End or near East Beach. Many in town homes are walking distance to the seawall, the beach, restaurants, shopping, the Historic Strand & Postoffice district, the Pleasure Pier, museums, the Galveston-Bolivar Ferry, plenty of other attractions, things to do, grocery stores, Texas A&M University, Shriner’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House and UTMB (University of Texas Medical Branch), one of the largest, most technologically sophisticated emergency care facilities in the world, a level 1 trauma and burn center.

This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals and City Police.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Pool and spa are serviced multiple times a week, and we make every effort to keep them in tip top shape. However, we cannot guarantee there won’t be a disruption, but we always make every effort to resolve any issues ASAP.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Always check reviews but understand everyone’s expectations are different. For us, this house was exactly what we were hoping for served us great on our trip. We spent many hours in the pool and enjoyed our stay immensely!!

The best thing about Cozy Cove is the location that’s literally the best thing and the fact that it is fenced in if you have animals which we did not bring this time but usually we have dogs and our dogs can run around while you have complete fishing access to the intercoastal waters. That is the very best thing about Cozy Cove location is great to all restaurants. The house itself looks pretty. But the furniture looks like they got it from the side of the road and it’s just awful. For a family and there was only three of us we could not even watch TV which is something we enjoy doing after we’ve finished or whatever we’ve done all day we like to come in and watch TV at night. The couch was broken down , tiny and uncomfortable. The coffee table is a danger waiting to happen. It’s old with wood splinters coming out of it with sharp glass. I hit my leg on it twice. That’s frustrating when you pay almost $2000 for three nights and the people can’t provide a good comfortable sectional and also a TV should be in every bedroom along with nightstands beside the bed, Very sloppy, as far as the inside of the cabin and disappointing. We did not use the pool , we were mainly there for fishing and we love to dine out and eat gulf seafood at night and hang out at our condo which was not comfortable. But on the positive side, the location was amazing. You cannot get a better location close to Galveston and better fishing even though we didn’t catch that much this time It’s a great location to fish in privacy. .

Beautiful home with lots of space and enough beds to accommodate many people. We absolutely loved the pool, and they even had pool toys available! Make sure to bring toilet paper, and don't walk barefoot on the patio. We got so many splinters on our feet. Overall a great stay!
