Description
Seaward Breeze has a very large open-concept living/dining/kitchen area where guests will enjoy the extra-large flat screen television and the large seating area. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all new appliances, all new dishes, pots and pans, utensils, bakeware and anything guests may need to prepare all of their meals.
Seaward Breeze is 4 bedrooms (2 up and 2 on the main level) and will accommodate up to 8 guests - all in beds! The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV and walk-out balcony. The second bedroom on the upper level features two twin size beds. The 3rd bedroom on the main level of the home has two XL twin beds and the 4th bedroom on the main level features a queen-size bed.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
TERRAMAR BEACH
Terramar Beach is located on Galveston Island's far West End, about 20 miles east of the city center and offers a boat ramp and a seasonal community pool. Terramar Beach would be described by most as one of the most peaceful subdivisions the island has to offer.

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Resort amenities, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

The house was in very good condition! The cleaning crew did not clean under some of the living room furniture, but everything else was clean. (Smelled a little like vinegar when you walked in.) The neighborhood was quiet, even with the construction next door. (Their work hours were very appropriate on the weekend) The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking and grilling and baking items I needed. Washer and dryer worked great! We all enjoyed our stay. Upstairs had Master room connected to bathroom, then 2 twin beds in second upstairs room that could access the master bathroom from the hall. (A lot of doors in the master bathroom). Main level had 2 twins, then queen bed room. Access to second bathroom in the hall between the two rooms. Great privatye master balcony too.

This home was smaller than expected but it is a fabulous home. It was clean and well kept. Each room have access to a balcony. The bathrooms are the star of the home. We were attacked by mosquitoes so we\'re could not spend a lot of time outside on the balcony. I\'m thinking the mosquitoes were bad because it\'s located close to the marsh and rain. Although it was not a beach front but the beach is walking distance from the home.v
