Condo features a large kitchen, granite counter tops, huge soaking tubs, flat screen TVs, and a view from your balcony that will take your breath away! This resort offers too many amenities to list! All of these amenities are wide open and available to you during your stay. Take a dip in the 300 foot long pool with children’s pool; lazy river. Walk past the pool and down to the beach and spend the day on the sand. What if it’s raining? Well enjoy the indoor pool of course! Or send the kids to play in the game room, or kid’s room for the little ones. Spend a family movie night in the theater watching your favorite movie without having to purchase tickets. Popcorn and movie selection not included so make sure to pack for it!

Diamond Beach Resort is a five-star, luxury getaway, located on the West End, just at the end of the Seawall, world’s longest continuous sidewalk. All units offer a private balcony with expansive and unobstructed Gulf Views. Guest will be able to watch the waves roll in and crash against the Seawall, watch the seagulls and pelicans fly overhead and look down below to the outdoor pool and lazy river, without leaving your condo. Diamond Beach Resort amenities include a three-tiered 300′ cascading infinity outdoor pool, 750′ outdoor lazy river (guests must bring own tubes)(peak season 11 am – 7 pm), two outdoor hot tubs, outdoor swim-up bar and grill (peak season), sand volleyball court, cornhole, chess, ping pong, grills (9 am – 7 pm by reservation), cabana rentals (9 am – 5 pm by reservation), outdoor shower, indoor heated pool, outdoor veranda perfect for watching the sunset, game room, Ocean Movie Theater (open to public before 3 pm and private reservations after that time), Wine and Dine Room, children’s Jungle Playroom, 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 business center, conference room, vending machines, secure building and gated community.

The condo facility is a true jewel. I will stay here again, though the furnishings and bedding in this unit were not in line with the price. (Bed was comfortable, but the sheets were too small for a king size bed.) The amenities are fabulous. Beautiful pool and lazy river, great views and well-maintained facilities. The condo staff members are all helpful and friendly. The rental company was communicative until we had a problem with a toilet leaking, leaving it unusable. Messages sent via Vrbo app, direct calls and texts to rental company Ryson were all unanswered, leaving six people in the condo with only one working restroom for our last night/day. Two days post-rental still with no response. I will avoid Ryson rentals in the future.

The Good: Property has 5 star potential, amazing pool & lazy river, great game room/theatre/fitness center, good location away from congestion and close to beach, unit has great view of ocean and pool. The Not So Good: Unit needs maintenance (ice maker not working, ceiling fan rattles, toilet leak (onto floor) and patio latch both had to be fixed while there), sofa cushions are heavily stained, kitchen is not huge as described and needs more cookware, no soaking tubs as described, window and door design in master is really bizarre, bunk rooms are small w/o fans or tvs (only ok for kids) , beach is close but access requires traversing a narrow sloped path through tall grass, volleyball court isn't well maintained (maybe just offseason), mosquitos made outdoor game area unusable and were also bad in parking garage & on the beach path (maybe just a random outbreak), We really like the property and the amenities are 5 star but the design and condition of the unit is closer to 3 star.
