Victorian 3322-Coastal Vibe is a cute and cozy condominium located on Seawall Boulevard, directly across from the newly restored Babe's Beach! It is the perfect place to stay for a beach retreat weekend or some much-needed quality time. It's great for small families who want something with an ocean view and a swimming pool! Coastal Vibe has an Eastern-facing balcony that catches the most amazing sunrises and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee!

Guests who enjoy cooking will find everything they need in this fully stocked kitchen and stainless steel appliances. If you want to step out for a nice walk and dinner, you have plenty of options within walking distance.

The primary bedroom area is furnished with a queen-size bed and TV, while the living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, and twin bunks in the alcove. This property has a total sleeping capacity of 6 (4 adults and 2 children max is suggested).

THE VICTORIAN
The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Reservations at this HOA require a resort/parking/amenity fee to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
This resort fee covers up to two vehicles for up to two weeks and guest wristbands for pool, hot tub and fitness center for up to 8 guests. Reservations of 9 guests (if max occupancy allows), require an additional payment for the additional wristband. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure.
Some Victorian units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
